A: All DLP projectors use color-sequential display technology. If a camera’s shooting frequency is higher than the projector’s color-switching frequency, flickering may appear in recorded footage. This does not affect normal viewing performance and primarily impacts high-speed camera recordings.
Q: Why can’t I turn on the projector through CEC compatible devices such as illumibot?
A: When CEC is enabled and connected via HDMI to a compatible device, turning on the CEC device will power on the projector, and turning off the projector will power off the connected device. However, turning off the CEC device will not power off the projector. Ensure the illumibot firmware and app are updated to version 1.1.19 or later.
