A: Standard is suited for setups with a standard-size freestanding enclosure and impact screen, where nothing is custom-built. Custom is suited for built-in setups with a custom impact screen and wall padding.
Q: How long does a typical golf simulator installation take?
A: Standard installations generally take 1 to 2 full days on-site. Custom installations are generally booked for 2 full days, and wall padding can add up to 1 additional day. Actual scheduling is coordinated based on installer availability and site readiness.
Q: Does installation cover framing, electrical receptacles, conduit runs, or room furnishings?
A: No. Installation is limited to assembly and setup of simulator components. Structural, electrical, and finishing work is the customer's responsibility and must be completed before the install team arrives.
Q: Can you help me coordinate installation of items Indoor Golf Outlet is not responsible for?
A: Yes. We are happy to coordinate scheduling with your general contractor, handyman, or electrician. Indoor Golf Outlet does not supervise or perform that work.
Q: What information should I have prepared for the introductory call?
A: The intake form covers everything we need: room dimensions, photos of the space, equipment specifications (if already purchased), setup requirements, and desired installation date.

Customer Responsibility for Site Conditions and Room Dimensions:
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the installation environment is properly prepared and accurately represented, including correct room dimensions and ceiling height, structural readiness and framing (if required), electrical receptacles, dedicated circuits and conduit runs, furniture removal and site accessibility, and any other pre-install deliverables not explicitly included in the installation scope.
Indoor Golf Outlet relies on customer-provided measurements, photos, and specifications when developing design plans and preparing for installation. If any room dimensions or site conditions provided by the customer prove to be inaccurate or incomplete once the installation team arrives on-site, installation may be delayed or rescheduled at the customer's expense, additional service fees may apply for return trips or labor delays, and equipment specifications or layout plans may require adjustment to properly fit the space.
Project Confirmation Requirement:
Prior to scheduling installation, Indoor Golf Outlet will provide a detailed room layout and design plan for customer review. Execution of the required installation documentation and approval of the final room layout are required before installation will be scheduled. The assigned installer information is disclosed within this confirmation documentation. Purchase of this service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
