Installation Timeline
What to Expect Regarding Your Installation:
- Within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed, we will e-mail you a form requesting your room dimensions, photos of your room, equipment specifications (if already purchased), setup requirements, and desired installation date.
- Our team will schedule your introductory call within 2-3 business days of reviewing your form submission.
- On the introductory call we will review your form responses,
confirm your room dimensions, equipment specifications (if already purchased), and address any other requirements you may have.
- A detailed room layout including design plans will be provided within 3-4 business days following the introductory call.
- Execution of the Installation Authorization and Release Agreement and approval of the final room layout are required before installation will be scheduled.
- Installation typically takes place approximately 3 to 4 weeks following execution of required documentation and confirmation of site readiness.

Customer Responsibility for Site Conditions & Room Dimensions
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the installation environment is properly prepared and accurately represented, including but not limited to:
- Correct room dimensions and ceiling height
- Structural readiness and framing (if required)
- Electrical receptacles, dedicated circuits, and conduit runs
- Furniture removal and site accessibility
- Any other pre-install deliverables not explicitly included in the installation scope
Indoor Golf Outlet relies on customer-provided measurements, photos, and specifications when developing design plans and preparing for installation. If any room dimensions or site conditions provided by the customer prove to be inaccurate or incomplete once the installation team arrives on-site, the customer acknowledges that:
- Installation may be delayed or rescheduled at the customer’s expense
- Additional service fees may apply for return trips, labor delays, or modifications
- Equipment specifications, layout plans, or installation scope may require adjustment to properly fit the space
Project Confirmation Requirement
Prior to scheduling installation, Indoor Golf Outlet will provide a detailed room layout and design plan for customer review. Execution of the required installation documentation and approval of the final room layout are required before installation will be scheduled. The assigned installer information will be disclosed within this confirmation documentation.
