Refund policy


If you need to exchange your product, you may do so within 30 days (exclusions apply). You as the customer are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a refund. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product and refer to individual product pages, as refund policies vary by brand.

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 20% restocking fee plus return shipping costs. If you would like to exchange your product for something else rather than return it, see the Exchanges section below.

Please Read the Following
When you are making a purchase from us you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:

  • I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to Indoor Golf Outlet within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
  • I understand I must open and inspect my full order within 7 days of delivery even if I am not installing immediately and that any wrong, mis-sized, or missing item must be reported within the 30-day return window. I understand that not opening my order in time does not extend that window.
  • I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange.
  • I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused. An additional restocking fee may occur.
  • I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, I am unable to receive a full refund.
  • I understand that orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant restocking fee.
  • I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product, but are typically around 20%.
  • I understand that I am responsible for confirming the dimensions of my space including ceiling height and floor footprint before ordering an enclosure, impact screen, net, or similar item, and that a return because an item does not fit my space is a customer-error return subject to return shipping and the standard restocking fee.
  • I understand that select products including made-to-order products and custom products may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if the order has entered production and the order is canceled before it has shipped.
  • I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside of our control.
  • I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay because an estimate time provided to me turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of Indoor Golf Outlet (such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of our partner companies).


Inspecting Your Order

Please open and inspect your entire order promptly upon delivery and in all cases within 7 days to confirm you have received the correct items, all components, and the correct sizes and specifications. This applies even if you do not plan to install right away.

If anything is incorrect, mis-sized, missing, or damaged, contact us at orders@indoorgolfoutlet.com and include photos of the item, the packaging, and the packing slip. We do not accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect or mis-sized item once the return window has closed. Any claim of a wrong, mis-sized, or missing item must therefore be reported within the 30-day return window. Failure to open or inspect your order in time does not extend this window, and claims made after it closes cannot be honored.

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your product arrives damaged, please send photos of damage, box and product, along with a brief description of the issue to orders@indoorgolfoutlet.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos must be provided within 24 hours of delivery of the product, or the insurance claim will not be valid. We guarantee that you will receive a fully operational product without any expenses incurred on your behalf.

Warranty
Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur overtime and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, this is not a warranty claim.

Returns
The Indoor Golf Outlet default policy is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Products Excluded from Returns
The following products are not eligible for return. If one of these items arrives damaged or is defective, you are still covered; contact us promptly and see the Damages and Warranty sections above.

  • Bushnell: All sales are final.
  • Carl's Place Custom Orders: Carl's Place Custom Enclosures, Impact Screens, Built-In Golf Room Kits, Built-In Screens, Padded Walls, Ceiling Paneling, and Curtains are not eligible for return or refund once the order has shipped.
  • Foresight Sports: All sales are final.
  • ProTee United: All sales are final.
  • Trackman: All sales are final.
  • Custom Orders: All sales are final on custom request orders, custom products, and made-to-order products.


Software
Software licenses cannot be returned once the activation or license email has been sent. This applies to GSPro, TruGolf (E6 CONNECT), FlightScope, SkyTrak, Foresight Sports, and JC Video software. If you have not yet received or activated your software, contact orders@indoorgolfoutlet.com to request a cancellation before the activation email is sent.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery; the same exclusions that apply to returns apply to exchanges. You are responsible for return shipping on the original item and outbound shipping on the replacement. Because an exchange keeps your business with us, we may be able to reduce or waive the restocking fee that would apply to an outright return, depending on the product and supplier. Contact orders@indoorgolfoutlet.com to start an exchange. Custom, made-to-order, and final-sale items are not eligible for exchange once the order has shipped or entered production.

Cancelations
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee. If you need to cancel an order, please do so immediately by emailing orders@indoorgolfoutlet.com. If an order has left the warehouse, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost as well as the 3% merchant processing fee. If an order is canceled after it has shipped, it will be treated as a regular 30-day return and will be subject to return shipping cost and restocking fees that are the responsibility of the customer.

Price Matching 
In the event an item goes on sale the later of 24 hours after a purchase is made, we are unable to provide a price match, or price adjustment to the current sale price. If the item is within the 30 day return window, or within the respective manufacturer's return window, you may return the item while paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product, but are typically around 20%. If you need to request a price match or price adjustment within 24 hours of making a purchase, please do so by emailing orders@indoorgolfoutlet.com.

BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or a store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing the order.

Chargebacks
Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive and we will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us and we will help you resolve the issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together. Thank you for shopping with us.
