Short Throw Design Built for Tight Golf Bays
Every projector on the list is a short throw or ultra short throw design, so it fills a full size impact screen from close range instead of sitting back in your swing path. Throw ratios go as tight as 0.496:1 on the Optoma UHZ35ST, which puts a 100" image up from just over a meter away, and 0.5 to 0.7 on the Epson L695SE, while the LG ProBeam BU53RG lands a 150" screen from 10.3'. Optical zoom, lens shift and geometric correction on the models that offer them let you square the picture to the screen without relocating the mount.
Laser Light Source Brightness and Longevity
The lineup is laser driven from end to end, so there are no lamps to swap out and no slow fade partway through the season. Rated light source life runs from 20,000 hours on the BenQ LK936ST and the LG ProBeam BU53RG up to 30,000 virtually maintenance free hours on the Epson L695SE and the Optoma UHZ35ST DuraCore engine. Brightness scales with the model you choose, from 3,500 lumens to 6,000 lumens, which keeps greens and fairways vivid even with the room lights on.
4K and Full HD Resolution Choices
Match the resolution to your screen size and your budget. True 4K UHD choices such as the BenQ AK700ST, the LG ProBeam BU53RG and the Optoma UHZ35ST resolve 8.3 million pixels, four times the detail of Full HD, while the Epson L695SE runs WUXGA with 4K Enhancement to accept 4K content and put 4.6 million pixels on screen. Full HD 1080p models round out the lineup for smaller bays where a sharp, bright image matters more than pixel count.

Overall Enclosure Dimensions are slightly larger than the Listing Size. Depths are true to size. Ensure the Overall Enclosure Dimensions will fit your space.
Buffer Space: Allow for 6"-7" of buffer space between the top of the Overall Enclosure Height and your ceiling for ease of assembly.
Custom Sizing: We can customize Curved Golf Simulator Enclosures down to the inch to fit a wide range of space requirements. Please contact

EMT Requirements: Unless you have purchased the
Pipe Framing Kit accessory, you will need to purchase 2-inch EMT (electrical metal tubing) from your local hardware store to complete your frame. We will provide a pipe cut sheet that includes the exact EMT dimensions that you will need, should you not purchase the Pipe Framing Kit. Please note, 2-inch EMT is the US trade name of the material, however the true outer diameter is 2.197" or 55.8mm.

Q: Do I need additional equipment for setup?
A: The kit includes everything except pipes (Pipe Framing Kit sold separately),
Back Cover and
Back Cover Pipe Kit,
Safety Baffles, and software for custom image warping, such as Immersive Display PRO v6.1.2.
Q: How far should the golfer hit from the impact screen?
A: For the safety of the golfer and the impact screen, we recommend hitting a minimum of 10'-12' from the screen.
Q: How much space do I need for a curved enclosure?
A: Be sure to account for at least 6"-7" of ceiling buffer space for ease of installation. When measuring width, make sure to leave 2"-3" of buffer space on each side to avoid the enclosure touching the side walls or other obstacles. The Curved C-Series Enclosure needs a minimum of 9.5" behind the enclosure for the rear fitting.
