A: After order confirmation, expect 1-2 business days for the room intake form, 2-3 business days to schedule your introductory call, 3-4 business days for your custom room layout after the call, and approximately 3 to 4 weeks for installation following document execution and site-readiness confirmation. A: The variants differ only in wall and ceiling treatment. Leatherette and velvet padding give the most premium, finished aesthetic. Wall curtains are lighter and easier to access wall-mounted equipment behind. Mesh ceiling adds visual depth and improved acoustics. Acoustic carpet is the most cost-effective option and excellent for sound dampening. What to Expect Regarding Your Installation:
Please Note: This package price covers the components listed above plus standard professional installation. It does not include structural engineering, permitting, electrical modifications, or code compliance certification, and the customer is responsible for all pre-install deliverables including framing (if required), electrical receptacles, dedicated circuits, conduit runs, PC cabinet, and room furnishings. Highly-custom room requirements can be accommodated for additional cost (please contact us for a custom quote), multi-bay discounts can be accommodated, and 100% pre-pay purchase terms are required.
Scope Adjustments and Additional Invoicing: If your room requires additional accommodations beyond the standard included scope above, you will be invoiced separately for the additional work. If installation requires labor, materials, or modifications that exceed the scope of the standard included items, additional charges may apply and will be quoted in advance whenever possible.

While Indoor Golf Outlet leads project planning and coordination, all on site installation work is performed by independent installation professionals who are not employees or agents of Indoor Golf Outlet.

Project Confirmation Requirement
Prior to scheduling installation, Indoor Golf Outlet will provide a detailed room layout and design plan for customer review. Execution of the required installation documentation and approval of the final room layout are required before installation will be scheduled. The assigned installer information will be disclosed within this confirmation documentation.
