The Off the Deck Cube Inflatable Golf Practice Net is a fast-setup hitting net built for places a fixed frame cannot go. Manufactured by FunAir in partnership with Off the Deck, it inflates into a rigid, self-supporting cube so you can practice with real golf balls on a yacht deck, a beach, a pool terrace or a backyard, then pack it away when the space is needed for something else.
The frame is built from the same super light, durable material found on kiteboard kites, which keeps the weight down to 30 kg and the packed size small enough for a tender garage or a lazarette. Inflated it stands 3.1 m tall, 4 m wide and 3.1 m deep, giving a full-size target you can swing a driver into, and average set-up time is around 30 minutes depending on configuration.
Inside, a removable and replaceable inner shield dampens each strike, while a system of funnels and pouches collects the balls and returns them to the golfer. Weight bags keep the net stable, and it can be floated off the transom, secured on the foredeck or the helipad, staked on a beach, or set up on a terrace. It is the smaller of the two Off the Deck nets, sitting below the larger GeoDome.
What's Included:
Inflatable, Self-Supporting Cube
A rigid inflatable frame gives a stable, consistent target area with no poles, pins or tools to assemble.

Kite-Grade Material
Built from the super light, durable fabric used on kiteboard kites, so the whole net weighs 30 kg and stows in a fraction of the space a framed net needs.
Impact-Dampening Inner Shield
A removable, replaceable inner shield absorbs the impact of premium golf balls and can be swapped out as it wears.

Ball Collection and Return
Netting funnels and collection pouches gather your shots and return them to the hitting position, and the net works with any manufacturer's golf ball.
Set Up in About 30 Minutes
Average set-up time is around 30 minutes depending on configuration, so the net goes up for the afternoon and packs away the same day.

Float It, Deck It or Stake It
Float the Cube off the transom, secure it on the foredeck or helipad, stake it on a beach or set it on a terrace, with weight bags included to hold it steady.
Full-Size Target Area
Inflated dimensions of 3.1 m tall by 4 m wide by 3.1 m deep (10'2" x 13'1" x 10'2") give a target big enough for full swings rather than chip shots.

Included with your purchase:
Q: How big is the Cube when it is inflated?
A: It stands 3.1 m tall, 4 m wide and 3.1 m deep, which is roughly 10'2" x 13'1" x 10'2". That is a full-size target you can hit driver into rather than a chipping net.
Q: How long does it take to set up?
A: Average set-up time is around 30 minutes depending on configuration, and the whole net weighs 30 kg, so it can go up for the day and pack away afterwards.
Q: Where can I use it?
A: On a yacht it can be floated off the transom or secured on the foredeck or helipad. On land it works on a beach, a terrace, a lawn or any flat area with room around it. Weight bags are included to keep it stable.
Q: Can I use my own golf balls?
A: Yes. The Cube works with any manufacturer's golf ball, and the inner shield is designed to absorb the impact of premium balls.
Q: What happens to the balls after I hit them?
A: Netting funnels and collection pouches gather the balls and return them toward the hitting position, so you can keep hitting without walking the net down each time.
Q: How does it ship, and what is the lead time?
A: The Cube ships in two packages. The net comes from Off the Deck's warehouse in France by UPS Worldwide Expedited, and the 120V air pump ships separately from within the US. Shipping is a flat $400 to the contiguous US. Because the net is imported, UPS collects any import duties and taxes from you as part of the import process; these are not included in the product price or the shipping charge. The standard lead time is approximately 4 weeks.
Q: Is there a larger size?
A: Yes. The Cube is the smaller of the two nets in the range. The larger GeoDome is also available, so contact us if you need a bigger footprint.
