Unparalleled Design and Innovation
The innovative design of Softy begins at its core with a supremely soft foam insert. Wrapped in a plush layer of 1-inch thick Teeline turf, it replicates the feel of real grass while delivering 100% accurate feedback on both excellent shots and mishits. A thin layer of responsive ABS polyurethane enables flex action upon impact, promptly restoring the turf to its original shape.

At the bottom of Softy, three compression slots serve as release valves. As the turf compresses upon impact, the dissipation of air pressure through these slots ensures a realistic and seamless follow-through for the golfer, eliminating the sharp vibrations typically associated with other hitting mats.

Standard Processing Time:
All products have a 1-2 business day processing time.

Standard Lead Time:
This product has a standard lead time of 10-14 business days following the standard processing time.

Standard Shipping Process:
Upon your product leaving the warehouse, you will be provided with tracking information via email. If you place an order and have not received a shipping notification, your order is likely still being processed.

To check on the status of your order, please email orders@indoorgolfoutlet.com and reference your 4-digit order number. You can also call or text us at 310-947-8670 to check on the status of your order.

NOTE: These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If there is a change in the standard shipping time, we will do our best to notify you.

Standard Return Policy:
If you need to return your product, you may do so within 30 days. Products eligible for return must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories.

Restocking Fee:
Any outright returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, plus a 3% merchant restocking fee. Customer is also responsible for any shipping costs throughout the return process.

Standard Return Process:

• Please contact Indoor Golf Outlet by emailing us at orders@indoorgolfoutlet.com to initiate the return.
• Reference your 4-digit order number and provide photos of all the items being returned.
• All returns must be approved by the manufacturer. Upon acceptance of the return, we will provide you with the return shipping address, or a pre-paid shipping label.
• Once your items are received in and inspected, we will initiate your refund to your original payment method.

Cancelations:
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee. If you need to cancel an order, please do so immediately by emailing orders@indoorgolfoutlet.com. If an order has left the warehouse, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost as well as the 3% merchant processing fee.

If an order is canceled after it has shipped, it will be treated as a regular 30-day return and will be subject to return shipping cost and restocking fees that are the responsibility of the customer.
