SIGPRO Preferred Golf Simulator Impact Screen Warranty
Six-month warranty covers rips and tears in screen material when subjected to golf ball strikes over a period of time. Screen must be unaltered & used as intended.
Example of improper use: Placing memory foam behind screen - if you will be placing memory foam or weighted blankets behind the screen, you must ensure that there is sufficient gap between it and the screen. The screen is designed to take the impact of the ball and transfer it evenly across the entirety of the surface. If memory foam, weighted blankets, or any other material are touching or too close to the screen, the golf ball strike is concentrated at the point of impact and will cause the screen to wear rapidly.
Standard Processing Time:
All products have a 1-2 business day processing time.
Standard Lead Time:
This product has a standard lead time of 14-20 business days following the standard processing time.
Standard Shipping Process:
Upon your product leaving the warehouse, you will be provided with tracking information via email. If you place an order and have not received a shipping notification, your order is likely still being processed.

Standard Return Policy:
If you need to return your product, you may do so within 30 days. Products eligible for return must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories.
Restocking Fee:
Any outright returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, plus a 3% merchant restocking fee. Customer is also responsible for any shipping costs throughout the return process.
Standard Return Process:
Cancelations:
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee. If you need to cancel an order, please do so immediately by emailing orders@indoorgolfoutlet.com. If an order has left the warehouse, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost as well as the 3% merchant processing fee.
If an order is canceled after it has shipped, it will be treated as a regular 30-day return and will be subject to return shipping cost and restocking fees that are the responsibility of the customer.
