A launch monitor, projector, hitting mat, simulator software and turf are not included and are sold separately. The kit covers the bay itself.
Your ceiling has to clear the height of the size you choose, with a few inches of buffer above the frame for assembly. Also make sure you can swing a driver freely in front of the screen, which is why many golfers want 9' or more regardless of the enclosure size.
